Assassin's Creed Unity Statue + the AC Encyclopedia.

One day.

New keyboard arrived from a douche on ebay.. took a 5days to get here on 24hr interlink, pfft. got some cash back on it though and im well pleased with it.

This is something i have never worked out why do you guys in Europe use non-us keyboard, Just wondering is all.

Because Europe isn't the US.

It's like saying to someone in Germany, "Why don't you use a French layout" because it's not France.

Why do you use the layout you do and not the EU layout ?

The question can go both ways.

I have to admit, I was thinking the same thing

Though I think we all know what he was really asking.
ISO is more popular in the UK and ANSI is more popular in the US (for obvious reasons).

The keyboard layout looks strange to me cause here we use the US layout.

So ANSI layout is the US style keyboard then.

Yes. Also something to note is that the ISO standard has the Alt Gr key to access accents and such é, í, ó, ú, etc.

Yeah i understand why cause of the different languages in europe.

I remember like 20-25 years ago we use to have the ISO keyboards here but then they change i remember the large enter key from high school days.

If it was a true standard keyboard then I would go for a US ANSI layout just because custom caps are more available. However if it's something proprietary like a Corsair board then may as well have the UK ISO layout. Assuming the OS stays in English (UK) then it's hard to tell the difference as all the £ $ € symbols get mapped to ISO positions. I do prefer the extended enter key though.
