Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

Does your LG have active local backlight dimming? It was a PITA to set up so dark content looked good on my LB730V but with enough setting tweaks I managed it, think I went for the least aggressive BLD possible and then decreased the general brightness, disabled loads of stuff too and very eventually got black blacks without compromising details in dark scenes.

Just scored one of these in Black Friday deals. :D

Yes it does, think I went for pretty much the same setup as you there, they offered me a disk for £20 that would help, but me being me I wanted to do it myself, well that and I use NAS for media and don't actually own anything that'll play a DVD. Anyway, 2 hours later it was perfect.

Yummy card by the way ;) :p :p

Time to get back into BULK SEASON

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ;)

I never bulk to be honest, I started lifting in early 2009, Got down to a nice low BF% of around 12 at 200 pounds in 2011 and have steadily been building lean muscle since then while keeping the low BF%.

Building muscle and keeping a fairly low bodyfat is very possible, You just need to manage your meals properly :)

Cheers dude, I do love it :)

I wasn't getting big until I realised I wasn't eating enough now my day generally consists of a protein and oat shake (myprotein Impact Whey and myprotein Instant Oats), 500ml whole milk and 3 bananas around 0730, small meal around 1000, something like beans on toast or chicken and pasta. Lunch at 1230 usually consists of last nights tea/dinner which could be anything, but for example: Chili and rice (not really low fat mince, around 12%), or Chicken something or other. Another 1000 calorie shake around 1500, tea/lunch around 1800, another small meal around 2100, then finally 2 bananas and 500ml milk around 2330-0000. Probably looking around 4500 calories a day. Used to be 6000.

6000 calories a day for 6 months finally done some damage to my digestive system and slowed the mother f***er down.

This is the way to do it if you aren't in a rush and already have a considerable amount of fat on you. One of the main reasons to bulk is because the rapid increase of extra size/fat makes your body produce more free testosterone so for the slim people that can't gain, this is the best way ;)

After having the Asus Strix Pro for a few days now I can honestly say, Awesome, The difference between them and the Sennheiser G4ME Zeros is non existent in most things although the Strix has a tad more bass.

The Sennheisers sound more light and fresh air like if that makes sense and the Strix Pros sound more meaty like the sound has real content, Hard to explain.

Asus did an excellent job with these :)

Get ready for the audiophiles to lynch you. No gaming headset can match the audio quality of proper headphones.

I am ready, I have my anti flame jacket on and a razor ready for the neckbeards ^_^

In that case the G4ME Zero headset must not be an "Audiophile" headset as there is virtually no difference apart from the Strix having a bit more bass.
