So my gtx780 front fan started to make some horrible noises and i took it to repair, knowing it will most likely take a trip to the importer and take a few weeks.
I couldn't wait that long and bought a Strix gtx980. Annd guess what, it has annoyingly loud coil whine which is atm the loudest thing in my system...

Taker it back, Get a refund and get a Strix 980 from somewhere else, You are within your legal right to do so.
I know, i just was quite bummed to find i only switched to another kind of loudness. :wacko:

Have you got one? Do you prefer topres to Cherry MX switches?
EDIT: Just got mine. It's got a great build quality and feels very nice to type on.
I personally prefer it to the HHKB key strokes (that might just be because I find the HHKB very awkward to type on due to its size and layout).
Would definitely recommend it to anyone on the look out for a topre board and doesn't want to pay the price of the realforces.
