Been trying to find, For various reasons, When certain programs were used, Is it possible to see a history of when programs were closed ? Windows 10 BTW.

if you hit the window button+tab(like alt+tab but window button) it will show you. Once it pops up you don't need to press either button anymore.

You can scroll and see previous windows opened, even has a search bar though I've never used it.

You can also create new desktops, basically a virtual desktop. Similar to what Linux does if you ever used it, say you have 20 things open on your desktop, you want to make more space but can't close anything, you can create a new blank desktop and still have all those programs open.

I mean is it possible to see when programs were closed, Sort of like a history stored somewhere within Windows.

Have you looked at your event viewer?
control panel > administrative tools > event viewer
Windows logs > applications

Go into your windows logs > security
Right click the top of a column and add if not already visible, mine were visible by default
