Right I bought a cheap PSU (£30) as my PSU is going in for RMA soon probably.

Its a 550w one (haha)

Here are the voltages:

+3.3v=0-30A

+5v=2.5-40A

-5v=0.5A

+12v=32A

-12v=0.8A

+5vsb=0-2.0A

Also says "All output is extend to 550w Max"

Hmmm....think I may have to get another one.....it was just the best they had.

Remembering that its only a temp PSU till mine gets replaced....what dya reckon?

Money back and find another one, or keep as spare and use for a while? :eh:

32A on 12v!! keep it mate, its not bad for a cheapo

Its says it on the label, but it probably pushing an average of ~300W and 15A at most. PSUs are one of the places where you really shouldn't skimp. Get yourself down to PC World and pick up a TypeR. Their only about £40.

Cant be too bad.....

Now let us discuss the practical results. For our testing purposes we took Intel Pentium 4 CPU with an unlocked multiplier, then decreased it and tried to squeeze the highest possible FSB frequency from each mainboard. Since their stability was also influenced by the power supply unit, we took a high-quality 300W PSU from Jou Jye Electronics Co., LTD (Power Master), JJ-300-A, for this test.

Id hold on to it man... The rails look pretty fuckin good. They probably exagerated the numbers a bit but i reckon its a decent psu for the price.

Yeah if that's right then this one's a JJ-550-A and it should be good....

Its quite funny cause Its actually gold. It has two 80mm fans in it (one on the back like a pass-through front to back).

I might keep it :eh:
