Portable LAN Rig

Hey Guys,

I have another build I finished on the weekend. I wanted something with a little bit more options than the usual Mini Itx builds that I do.



I think the case could have been built a lot better but for $60, you can't complain. Here are the current specs:

NZXT Vulcan

Intel Core i5 2500k @ 4.6Ghz

Asus Maximus IV Gene

8GB Corsair Dominator DDR3 1600

64GB OCZ Vertex 3

1TB Western Digital Blue Caviar

Corsair H50 (push/pull)

Evga GTX 570

Corsair AX750 PSU

Samsung Blu Ray drive

4 120mm Xigmatek Orange LED fans

1 80mm Xigmatek Orange LED fan

Does anyone know of a better case for mATX systems with a side window? I've been looking online and Dangerden may seem like an option.

Looks nice man, Photo is a bit dark tho.

Cableing is a bit iffy, is the there no room behind the mobo tray?

I think i would external USB the bru-ray drive like, lan the hdd on a server out of sight and pull the drive bays out, would look so much more open that way.

For the window.. Do your own, use a jigsaw to cut the panel and some U channel molding from MNPCtech to seal the cut edge off add some 4mm plexi and use 3M tape to sick in on.
