Point sqeeze

Managed to sqeeze 20 boints of my msi u135d laptop today, for the team, cpu benching.

I oc'ed the cpu from 1.6 to 1.84, pretty sure i can get more as temps were fine. I think i need some way of rasing the fsb in the os.

Not to bothered if i cant was just for boredom killing, but didn't expect to get 20 boints.

The life on that laptop has been cut so much shorter, sorry to say but IMO oc'ing was not a good idea.

Ive decided to try and kill it now, as its a bit battered.

got it running 24/7 @ 1.84.

As soon as my parts arive ill kill it with p95, see how long it takes

Ridiculous statement. Just like in a desktop PC, as long as temps and volts aren't too high it will be fine. Cooling is a little problematic in a form factor like that, but I've seen some creative ways to cool laptops for benching.
