Please help

To get to the route of your problem we'd need more information, like what does the Admin/ Event viewer say has happened, and if you can get it the BSOD minidump which holds 3 very important pieces of information including the crash description, stop code & driver responsible. Without this information we're just guessing.

Im not getting BSOD....and where i can find this minidump thing?

Mini dump files are usually located in C:\Windows\Minidump\Minidump.dmp

But if your having issues with not getting BSODs then you should see what the Event Viewer is saying is wrong.

I have this eror usualy(with the windows client) ..and i was able to find it even here...but this i dont think is related to what is hapening..si i will copy paste all the erors and warnings :
1. The Intel(R) Integrated Clock Controller Service - Intel(R) ICCS service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

2. (warning)The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device WpdBusEnumRoot\UMB\2&37c186b&0&STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_GENERIC&PROD_2.0_READER____-0&REV_1.00#00000001&0#.

3. The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
UsbCharger

4. The Group Policy Client service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.(this is the one)

5 A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Group Policy Client service to connect.

Really need to see the actual BSOD to see all the details, the one you posted is the Internet explorer interpretation of the dump file and it's a touch vague, especially the error (stop) code 0x80010105 it's a generic code for unexpected shutdown which could be a number of causes, drivers, hardware, power failure. The BSOD viewer I linked above will let you see the actual blue screen.

is kinda strange...is reporting isues with multiple things...

I'd perform a full Virus & malware scan first.
Then run SFC (System File Check) to discover whether you have corrupt drivers or system files.

cpuz136_x64.sys - Uninstall/Reinstall CPUz
dxgmms1.sys - Update Direct X
nvlddmkm.sys - Uninstall/Reinstall all nVidia drivers
klpd.sys - Uninstall/Reinstall Kaspersky
wfplwf.sys - Check windows file integrity (SFC)

With the amount of errors your showing from different areas it's looking more likely as though you have a virus or malware present. Or it could just be that one of the above is conflicting with each other.

So a complete fresh windows install with no overclocks and when you hit 3D Mark 2nd test it resets..

1. Is everything connected solidly (all cables, memory, CPU including cooler and PCIe slots)
2. What is the health of your HDD?
3. What is the health of your AX1200i?

Something in your current setup is overloading either through heat or voltage, can you monitor your CPU, GPU, Motherboard, HDD temps..

Sorry if I seem a bit long winded, but I like to be thorough.

well... if i run the first 2 tests...evrything is ok...till the end..on fireextreme...is doing this....also if i choose including demo..basically the image is go black...and i can hear the sound for another3-5 secs...then the hightpitch sound...like when u have a bsod sometime...so i think is the card..i will install it into my other rig..i hope the power source will be able to sustain it..as it is a 750 w corsair cx one..but is watercooled.

brb in a few....if even there is doing this...fuk asus ..

Same shit

So for the ppeople who will experience same thing...i think is an RMA for sure.. Basically i have tried everything:
- changing pci e slots
- reinstall fresh windows
- reinstall an older version of driver
- also even try with a different psu...and also tested in another pc (pci e 2.0)

And also on their forums are some threads like this :

I'm really disappointed :(....any suggestion after this will reach scan and i think they will offer me a refund as they dont have any more in stock.

You'll either get a refund or they will offer you a same/greater value alternative. They are good that way.

Thanks for all of you who give me advice regarding this. But now with this temperature on the vrms....it is normal? Of course i saw everywhere that is not normal....but all who have this card have same symptoms.
