What resulotion will you be gaming at?

Personally, I'd usually say get the single card solution and have the option to add another later. Dual cards will always run hotter, comsume more power, make more noise and not every game supports or is optimized for SLI.

If you're looking at raw performance though, the 770s will beat the 780 Ti in most scenarios, but at 1080p the 780 Ti will serve you more than fine already, and it doesn't have the disadvantages that dual card solutions have, until you add another one down the line as this option remains available (assuming your PSU and motherboard support SLI).

SLI 770 is faster than a 780ti, however personally, I would still go for the 780ti, because of SLI problems that sometimes occur. Also SLI will output more heat and draw more power. Therefore to me the 780ti is a better option, even though dual 770s are faster. It's up to you though.

Edit: Yes, Feronix is also right

ok...my config is ..z97x gaming -g1 gigabyte and i7 4770k with a ax1200i....i have a 3 d minitor asus the one with the eye incorporated..and the max is 1920 resolution...why i want to go sli is that :
1 i have th money to spend for 2 gtx 770...also i am playng somethimes with adobe after effects and cinema 3d sometime.

also 1 fast question...should i go for a 2133 or 2400 mhz memory for my sistem?...apologies as i think is not the right place to put this question...but just a fast advice will be really apreciated. thanks.

Faster ram usually does not show much improvement in gaming performance, but in editing, It is quite useful. If there is not a huge difference between 2133 and 2400, go for the faster ram.

So the final conclusion is sli of 770's ori for example...asus rog 780 ti? also in 3d gaming is not more good to have sli?..assuming that 1 gpu is occupied with psyhyx and 1 with normal frames?...

PhysX is a bit of a thing of the past, as I see it. You certainly would never have a dedicated 770 for PhysX... That's just way overkill. Both GPUs will be handling "normal frames" and a bit of PhysX (if any). Basically, don't go SLI, for PhysX, do it for the performance.

I am able to buy from a guy 2 gtx780ti.(gigabyte)..used just for 1 month for around 700..he have the original receipt etc ..he buyed them from overclokers...so i will be able to claim the warranty in case of something....Should i go for that?..lol

two cards used for £700? I smell a rat.

As to the original question I think you'd be happier with the single 780 ti, since you won't have to worry about the endless shitstorm dual GPUs bring with them... it's really not worth it unless you've already got one 770 and are looking for an upgrade.

As to the 2x 780ti for £700, if you can somehow verify if it's a real sale then definitely go for it but it really does smell like a rat... and to be honest even one 780ti is veering on overkill for 1080p, fair enough you've got a 120hz monitor so you might see the difference but again unless you're a pro gamer you really don't need it...

That's a good choice. Itll serve you well!

Well ive got the ram.....i installed him...i also load the default settings in bios.....but im getting some bsod somehow. Now maybe you all LOL it . Because of not having a graphic card (i have in my old rig but is with the waterblock on it) i cant play....nothing..is disgusting that intel 400 hd..so for passing the time i am playng Heroes 3 might and magic.....well only when i play this..i get bsod :)).

There is no such thing as a game too slow for your ram... I cant see why you would get bsods, but someone else can surely help you!

Once again i need your help.. The card arrived....3 hours ago..is asus gtx 780TI OC. But something is wrong ... If i start for example crysis 3 ...the computer is reboting leaving a hight pich sound without a bsod...he just resetting ...If i run 3dmark....well if i chose firestrike (including demo) again is reseting with same sound...if i run fs w/o demo...he will reset afterr 3-10 seconds with no sound. I searched over the net regarding this... I am experiencing the same thing like this guy :
https://forums.geforce.com/default/...eeze-crash-machine-with-any-nvidia-drivers/1/

I didint check with the windows driver so i cant say is exactly...and also i switched on a pci-e x8 slot and is doing the same thing(also i turned xm profile and also i waas chec with my old ram ..a 8 gb 1600 corsair ).
My question is...is something wrong with my sistem? Or i need to RMA-it?

My specs :
I7 4770k
z97x-gaming -g1 gigabyte
16 gb avexir blitz 2400 mhz
ax 1200i power suply
samsung 120 gb ssd evo
and ofcourse this mighty asus gtx780ti oc

To get to the route of your problem we'd need more information, like what does the Admin/ Event viewer say has happened, and if you can get it the BSOD minidump which holds 3 very important pieces of information including the crash description, stop code & driver responsible. Without this information we're just guessing.

Uninstall all drivers for video card, use a program like ccleaner or similar to remove all traces left over, then turn off and remove card and reinsert it again and reinstall latest drivers and try again.
