Yep I have, I activated by email, logged in. Can't vote on the poll, tried to post in off-topic and still says what I posted above.

Won't do that sorry. I've done everything correctly, I'm awaiting approval from the moderator. I activated via the url and activation code method. I login and I am presented with this obvious message.
