Physix - No 3D Mark improvements

Well, it arrived, and it has a huge die!

AND it does absolutely nothing for me right now. Doesnt make any difference in 3D06

It does seem to make a nice difference in pcmark05

here is a nice little avi of cubes falling REALLY fast.

So all in all - even though 3dM06 says Physix acceleration - without a patch, it does not!!

But add this and I-Ram to PCMark05 and watch those scores fly!!

No real reason to rush out and buy one on May the 4th when they are released.

The avi is just over 6mb if anyone is wondering.

It desperately needs a couple of killer apps to get people going, improved scores and watching boxes falling are all very nice, but to really succeed it's got to have a game which gives you a much better experience with it.
