watsyerproblem I'm glad you recommended this dealer. I've been checking it thru the day waiting on tracking info. The a shock appeared on my screen lol I saw the expected delivery date had changed from next week to the following week. So I messaged them thru ebay. A short 45mins later I had a reply saying it would ship out today and most likely be here within 2 days. So assuming Tuesday. But any other stateside person I've messaged on ebay has been a 24-48 hr reply. I even re-messaged them thanking them for the awesome fast reply and had a response to that within 20mins lol This dealer seems to be super on top of things.

Yeah I also found them very helpful.

My responses were not that quick but given the time difference between the UK and Korea I was usually messaging them in the middle of the night, LOL.

They were very helpful, especially with my pre-purchase questions, I cannot recommend then enough.

So was the total delivery charge the £50 import charge or was the delivery extra ?

I've had a look at some and it says on some that it's extra but not too detailed on their pages.

I just received one of these last week. Bought on Ebay from a guy called Bigclothcraft since he was recommended on several websites. Second one I got off him and I have yet to find a dead pixel. I sometimes notice some slight background bleeding but nothing too annoying. Overclocked both to 120Hz. One is fine, one sometimes has some weird lines running through the screen. I guess I will bring them both back to 90Hz.

Ordered last Saturday, shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. How is that for efficiency! No extra costs to Australia, I paid $335.98 AUSD altogether, this even included a (dodgy) travel adapter. Didn't really need that as I use a European power board and Korean plugs are the same as European ones.

I cannot believe the size of two 27" screens together. I contemplated getting a third one, but it just would not fit.

I'm tempted to get the Yamakasi Sparta 300, 30" 2560x1600 perfect pixel check etc...

But I'm really worried about getting a bad one as I've seen a few people opt for the pixel perfect version and after one month their screens just die and then it's a real pain to sort it out

The delivery was free for me. The £50 was an import charge, good old HMRC needed a cut lol.

You need to be careful with the korean monitors, the research i did to find the best seller (/with the best pixel perfect policy)and to find the monitor with the lowest failure rate was obscene.

It would be expensive and difficult to return the monitor.

I don't remember much of the Info anymore tbh. At the time when I looked at Accessories Whole's previous sales none of the buyers of their Pixel perfect monitors had any problems, and those who purchased non-pixel perfect monitors only had dead pixel issues (which TBH is the buyers fault).

All i can really say is look into the sellers previous sales, especially for all defined a "Pixel perfect" (or equivalent standard for the seller) and do a quick google for the monitors and sellers in question.

Thanks for the info bud, Think I'm going to give this a miss and just get the Asus PB278Q 1440P, If anything goes wrong I only have to travel down the road to take it back and get a new one, I know I'm paying a but load more but with these Korean monitors it's hit and miss.

I'd love the Qnix 32" 1600 but again if something goes wrong I'm left without a monitor for quite some time.

TBH fella Ive got a few of the 278's and I LOVE them. Ive been thinking about getting a 3rd and getting the paint on them so I can change up the main rig screens !

Ended up going for the Samsung U28D590D 4K 1ms 60Hz, At the shop I had a play around with both the Asus 4K you just reviewed and the Samsung, Read the spec sheets and both are identical in every way spec and panel wise apart from the stand and frame.

I prefer the more minimalistic Apple type look of the Samsung, No buttons on show or signs pointing to them, No speakers or USB hub, A gorgeous clean looking monitor
