Well it's been a while since I have been on here!
So basically last night I was playing a little Metro Last Light and then my PC decided too throw a hissy fit and go pop on me. Shut itself down an smelt a tad burnt so pulled out my mobo and sure enough the thing was dead. Don't know how don't know why but then again this rig has been dying for a bit now so do need to build a new one.
So I have been hearing pretty good things about the new Pentium Anniversery edition chip for gaming, which is all I do, especially when you OC the nads off it which to be fair I intend to.
But the question is do I go with the Intel chip or do I get myself another AMD Chip?
I can spend around £75 on a new chip and about the same on a new board but not a penny more.
So what are your guys' thoughts on this?
Cheers people!!
