And after it says BACKUP CMOS ... OK! it's not booting in windows anymore, this black screen stays.

I tried to clear CMOS, but it didn't helped.

Any ideas guy's???

Was this before or after SLI installation.

If it is after then you could be suffering from a PSU issue, try with just one card.

Once i thought I'd reset the Cmos but it turned out there is another jumper near it and i set that instead.

I no it's clutching at straws but its easy done if your not 100% familiar with the board.

It's happened when only one card was insttaled.

I took out batery from board and left it over the night and before i put it back i cleered CMOS and used JP1 jumper as well to reboot the system but no luck, it hungs up at the same place and not booting into Windows.

Could it be CPU fault???

How many red lights are displayed on the board?

At the mo when this screen comes up there is 1 light on but after it comes down to message BACKUP CMOS ... OK! the light going off.

So when it hangs up there is no lights on.

Summit not right there

Don't know what though - I usually get that when I am clocked too high.

Try pulling one stick of ram out or drop a ram divider in.
