If you are getting too hot it could be for many reasons. Firstly is it hot in the Netherlands right now? It's balls hot here in the UK at the moment we're getting 29c and 77% humidity. I noticed that my CPU has gone back to idling at 48c where as last week it was 42c.

If of course you have air con and it's not down to ambient room temps then you may need to re-apply your thermal paste/grease. Over time it degrades and breaks down.

Did you move the computer lately? My Noctua is on a sprung mech and if you jog it it can break surface with the CPU due to only being held down with 2 screws.

Actually thinking about it it simply has to be your heatsink. Something somewhere must be failing other wise there is no way you should be hitting those temps. So I would start there. Remove it, clean it with a degreaser (a proper one designed to remove thermal pastes) and then reapply some paste and refit it.

Have you tried a pencil mod on your mobo. Get's you steady non fluxing voltage- you may even be able to under volt it after that.
