PC Keeps Crashing

ok, unsure if this is the right section for this, feel free to move it.

PC keeps randomly crashing. All drivers are up to date, & im unsure whats causing the problem.

Yesterday I had blue screen of death, saying hardware failure, contact vendor blah blah blah

Now, im no whizz kid at things like this, & I may need to get it into a professional to take a look. but before I do, I need some help.

My question is, is there anywhere that I can check, in Windows 7, that I can go look at &
1. see what the problem is, causing my crashes
2. How to fix the crash/fault/problem, once ive found out what it is. ( via program, or editing of something/deleting etc. )

I have a feeling it could be my headset driver issue, G930, but reinstalling software made no difference. & the reason I say this, ( could be just me ) is, in my games, sounds start to my my games choppy. diabling it, makes some difference, some of the time, other times, non at all.

Windows 7
AsRock P67 Extreme 4 Gen3 Bios 2.10
Chronos 120GB Sata III SSD
16GB RAM
i7 2600K @ 4.6GHz
2 GTX 580's

Ill need a step by step guide, on where to look if I need to go to registery for example, on looking for errors etc. ( that's if I need t look there )

 HALP!

oh and just to add, only had blue screen once, other crashes is just freezing indefinatly until I reset, & that's the same issue weather or not im playing Candy Crush for a time sink, or other games, be it browser based or not.

Go in in the start menu and type in the search bar "Event Viewer"
Expand the critical viewer and see if anything is there and same for the others. Find the event ID and google it.

I no critical's, but had a butt-load of errors & warnings, so slowly going through them. ive pretty much cleared the error ones, some are just persistant.

Most of my problems, were due to services being switched off.

But thanks for your help, its got me on my way again :)
