Page doesnt always fit lappy screen

its 1280 x 800 and on the main forum index for example it fits but while reading other threads and some other websites it doesnt. Is there a way to enforce the browser to use the resolution specified (rearrange or resize content?)

I have adblock now so ads are not shown

yeh, those stupid adverts on that side of the forum, make threads with big pictures scroleable from left to right, its damn anoying!

although i spose they're needed for advertising and money purposes

if you could move em somwhere though, like the bottom and top of the page, ...

since i'm now on 1024x768, i dont mind scrolling for big pic's, infact i find it fun but those adverts just......pfft

The forum should fit to page (and does certainly) at 1024 x 768 and 800 x 600 if I remember rightly.

However if someone posts a pic too big for the page width there's nout we can do aboput it

Which is why the forum guidelines are 800 x 600

even with adblock im pretty sure the frame on the right still appears btw.

personally, i have adblock but i choose to show adverts on oc3d, because thats how the site continues to run.

and yes the adverts on the right are mildly annoying, but they ge a LOT more clicks/views than top/bottom ones im afraid.
