Thats a good chip (and board)Write to Precharge and Write to Read Delays should be around 9-10 for 550-600MHz RAM. tRFC should be 21-25. Those are ballpark sub-timings- fine tuning is up to you and your voltages/straps/RAM MHz. There doesnt seem to be a magical RAM subtiming for P965/P35 like nVidia chipsets seem to have.
With a fan over the dominators, 2.45V for benching should be fine. Iv been periodically pounding my TX since September and they still shine. TBH though, I've invested in a disposable set for high voltage work.
