Overclocking RAM, need help

Ive just purchased the 1.8 e2160 pentium dual core processor. ive managed to get it up to 2.67 after that it wouldnt run properly. im just wondering how i can overclock my ram to a 1:1 ratio with my CPU? i have an asrock 4core dual vsta motherboard. i hear that you can change the timings of ram but im not quite sure how to set my timing properly. atm the timings are on 3-3-4-4.

you need to have a search through the bios, you seem to know you're stuff well enough and its hard for us to help you because all boards have different bios's..
