First off, my setup is:

MSI GD-65 Gaming MOBO, i5 4670k, Corsair H100i, G. Skill Ripjaw X 1866 RAM.

I have gradually increased my CPU core ratio and voltage doing stability testing in between and I was able to get 4.2GHz @ 1.19v. My volts show as 1.192 in grey in the BIOS and in CPU-Z but it jumps to 1.2 when stressing. This was a common thing, the volts would almost always go up .008v when stressing. My 4.2 clock passed an 8 hour stress test. I didnt want to go over 1.2v to keep heat down and increase the life of the chip. I would have had to go to 1.24 or 1.25v to get to 4.3GHz and I didn't think it was worth it.

The clock I got seems low for the volts. Is there any other settings I can tweek to possible get a better clock at this voltage or do I just have a weaker chip. The only settings I changed were the core ratio and voltage. Also since the voltage goes up to 1.2 should I just manually set it to 1.2? Any other tips or thoughts about the possible performance I can get will be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
