Overclocking problems

I've started overclocking today but i'm probably doing something wrong because, well these are my settings and my results. and i'd love to know why my overclock doesn't load/work.

It looks like you may have turned turbo boost off, try enabling "enhanced turbo" (unless it was disabled from default)

Also that core voltage looks low for 4.5GHz

I just tried turning the enhanced turbo on but unfortunately it didn't make a difference.

Thanks for the help and advice. I've managed to fix the problem by resetting my bios. And fiddling around with the settings. So it's stable and functioning now.
