Overclocking Old Rig

Guys I got an old rig sitting here and need help.

I got this C2D E4500 and I want to do an overclock on it so my guests can use it to plays some good games and what not. I wanna know if someone know the limit for this processor and if it is stable.

All processors limit differ depending on chip itself and the motherboard being used. Just keep overclocking until your cooler can no longer cool it and don't go over .07v on the core for 24/7 use.
