and you can also make the D14 cool better with 2 delta fans. So whats your point?
it beat it by 1 degree at 4.2GHz and 7 at 4.4GHz (on a 950)
i think when it comes to SB 24/7 overclocking an nh-d14 is a better buy
low noise and the price is better

The performance it offers is a better deal than the D14.
Another question, I got the BSOD a couple times, and once after, my SSD didn't show up in my lists of boot drives (I didn't change any settings as of yet as per overclocking) Finally got it to boot to it, any idea what the problem was?
Also, I can't seem to get my DDR3 2133mhz ram up to its supposed *speed* without boot issues, how can I go about doing that?
Is your SSD plugged into a SATA 6gb port? Have you tried jumping your mobo?
As for the RAM, have you tried the memOK on the mobo, AND did you make sure you applied the correct voltages to the RAM after you changed the speed?
Even setting my RAM to the ONLY XMP profile it has ( standard settings ) will make my PC not boot up, I have used correct voltage, standard timings and everything, it seems to not want to have anything to do with it. I wouldn't mind even overclocking it a bit, I just want it to perform AT LEAST at the rate for what I paid for. I want that slight performance boost, cause I will be gaming the shit out of this rig.
What RAM timings are you using and what is the RAM voltage set to?
XMP will automatically set to 11 11 11 30 2 with 1.5v.
I also tried to set manually to 1.55v and it didn t post either.
