Seriously though I've had this idea to mount a car radiator and fan on an outside wall, and then run some wc tubing inside to my pc...

There is the new Alpenfohn K2 LINK (scroll to the bottom) I haven't seen any reviews for it but looking at the price it must have good performance to put it up against the D14.
