Overclocked, but now USB's don't work

I overclocked my 6600GT yesterday and this morning when I got up none of the USB's wanted to work. I used different mouses swapped another graphics card in but nothing is working. My mouse does work on another computer so it not the mouse. I can't put my clocks back to default because I can't move the mouse. What do I do?

use a usb-to-PS/2 dongle for the keyboard and mouse (most keyboards and mice come with them)

Tried that and a ps/2 keyboard and mouse and neither work. I got my files using ubuntu, I'm about to just reinstall windows unless someone else has another suggestion?
