In the review of the DFI X48 LT:

DFI LanParty LT X48-T2R is, as expected, motherboard with almost perfect layout.

From 1st hand experience I can say that it is, apart from the sata connectors! I spent 30 mins putting in 8 sata drives after I had installed it into the case.

Looks like they've also missed out how hard it is to change memory modules on the board with a GPU installed. Especially something like the 9800GX2 with a slightly higher back.

Yep, I had to take out my 8800GT everytime I moved the memory around.
