Overclock Power Cut Out

hi guys, i tried to push my overclock a bit more today, and when it booted it cut out 2 or 3 times, before resetting itself back to its factory settings..

does this mean that the pc isnt getting enough power?

maybe upgrade my psu?

its 650w, i might get an 850w..

would this solve the problem?

As S_I_N said, it's more than likely the overclock has failed.
