LOL yep, I am totally buying like 100 since they say it only lasts 5000 hours ;)

3 buttons = $100

102 buttons = $5100?
Jesus Christ Shylock wants his pound of flesh:eek: I guess it'll be the same as always...the early adopters pay through the nose  Sexy bit of kit though, my G15 shall suffice for the time being

I can't work out if this would be really useful or completely pointless. The nerd in me does like gadgets.

£60 aint that bad, there are people on here that pay that much for a mouse and they don't have many buttons either..

For the full keyboard, the max i think i'd pay is £150. Anything more than that is jus OTT, especially when the keyboard only has 5000hours life (about 2 years of 12hr day usage).

I don't get where they got the 5000 hours from... Is that 5000 hours before the OLED screens stop functioning or before the keyboard itself stops working properly? If it's due to the OLED screens I'd say that's one hell of a shitty ass lifespan on a new technology which is supposed to dominate the monitor market soon.

I'd be prepared to pay a bit more form something like that (the full size version) If it were not for the 5000 hours thing. 15000 would be reasonable i reckon, something like that is never going to last for ever.

Does mention a built in 'keysaver' so unless you actively use the keyboard all day long you could probably last a couple of years. It's still a bit rubbish whichever way you look.

I wonder how robust these keyboards actually are.

My saitek got a cup of tea spilt on it the first day i got it, and its still working :)

IMHO, this seems a little pointless. Whats wrong with a few mouse clicks?

But on the technical side its quite a achivement i suppose. Mite see about getting one for dad as hes a gadet freak and its his *very old* birthday next year.

it only lasts 5000 hours? that makes it too damn expensive for something that will stop working properly- they should develop the technology first to make it cheaper and more reliable, but it does look damned nice
