Opinions/suggestions on Heatsink/Fan

Hello. People ask this all the time but im going to ask again anyways . I am looking to upgrade my stock AMD Heatsink. The only problem i might run into is with the room i have in my case. This is my case (http://xoxide.com/clearacatxca.html) and this is my psu (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...E168171820220). I have the 1 inch stock spacers on my motherboard. The only thing im worried about the heatsink hitting is the psu and the fan on the side.

These are my ideas.

Zalman CNPS 9500 AM2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118004

or

Silverstone SST-NT03

Opinion on the two or any suggestions on a different heatsink?

EDIT:

Im running a 939. Im just lookinga t the AM2 because i have heard its doing better than the CNPS9500 LED and its prettier =] lol

I'd get the Zalman. The NT03 isn't very good

Have you thought of the AMD heatpipe cooler?

What about the Thermalright SI-120? Might just fit

Zalman CNPS9500 only uses a 92MM fan, it's not as big as people think. :)

O I know, I've seen it. But again, considering his case is actually bigger than mine and I can fit a BT in mine, his will definately fit something like a Ninja and such

I like the 9500 Zalmans, I put one in my wifes rig a while back, they cool well and are fairly quiet when set to a lower speed.

I was really considering getting that but then the AM2 one came out and iver been hearing its been doing better than the 9500 led which i dont quite get becasue it is plated in either chrome or nickel (i have heard both) and i would think that would cause it to perform worse.

i can strongly recommend the ultra90 from thermalright :D

3200+ winchester vcore 1.5 2.43ghz using a fanmate2 to lower the speed of a panaflo fan to almost the lowest and cools to 46c with a casetemp of 29-31c

its quite big however but if need be i can easily measure how much it stands out from the motherboard.
