Not to be mean Tox but I believe one thing that makes you mature is realizing that the world/life sucks. Now you don't have to go around saying this but it is true. Now I get ready to get flamed haha.

I disagree, Life is fooking awesome! Yes, sometime hard work and other times disappointing. But you should be happy that you are alive.

Forget the bad things in life and concentrate on the good! We are not here long so might as well take advantage of the situation!

Well, the way I see it is this. How can life be so awesome if, there are children starving by the thousands in Africa because of their dictators, people attending college got shot up by some nut, millions of innocent people are killed by their mothers (yes I am conservative). These things are not awesome or anything, the reason I say it is mature is because when you are a kid you think the world is all awesome then you realize it is not.

And I am not EMO, I listen to metal, don't dress like them, and don't straighten or dye my hair.

I do not believe the world is awesome (parts are to die for) but my life at the moment is pretty darn good! Leaveing school for college and then off to UNI! Im enjoying my free time too(mostly hanging here) Sad or what!

As I have said sometimes its good to concentrate on the good things. Maybe I do it too offend. I am no christian nor do I believe in any god (Science FTW) but it is a great skill to just sit back and enjoy!

I have had my respect for those who have died in the recent killings.

Oh wow, please Wiki emo. But i agree with you. The world is crap now a days with the greed. But your life is only as good as you make it out to be.

Tox, i agree with you on the younger ones. Drinking and smoking is freakin stupid, but its a fad now. Hopefully that disappates real quick. Sorta like all the freshman around here wanting to party so bad. They get all screwed up and soething bad happens to them then they want ppl to help them. Sorry, i dont pitty party idiots who shouldnt have made the wrong mistake. But yea, this totaly went OT but thats ok. Good subjects.

I was saying please wiki what emo means, not make one. Black hair, girl pants, ect. Thats being scene, not emo. I would know, im in the middle of this as we speak. A couple of my friends are stupid little scene kids with their chick pants, shaggy black hair and tight band shirts. I was there too. And when you think things cant get any worse they usualy go more downhill but then come back up again. Its only how you make things out to be. Is the glass half full? Or half empty?
