Yeah i recomend trying it. Its like ME2 really, and with that game i also needed a bit of time to think how to fight.

I thought the first guy was the hardest by far imo. I died like 3 times on the last dude working out how to get him. Then it was like boom goes the dynamite. Muscles is dead

Were talikng about 15 deaths now and rage anger lol..... I just seem to do the same mistakes over again. So annoying really. il try to realx more and throw morw barrels at him

its freakin sweet. a lot of people do not like the yellowy filter, but i think its cool but if you dont you can get mods that make it a whitey bluey tone instead.

Took down the Barret boss on second try today :-)

Used a few grenates, threw some fire extinguisher/barrels at him and then just shoot him in the head until he fell. Nice fight...

I just got this game and I'm having trouble transistioning over to how it's played!!!

Playing alot of Crysis 2 I just run around all stealth, it's the best way I know how to play it, switched over to Mass Effect 3 and I played it all the way thru just fine.

The duck and cover system seems alot harder in this game, I spend most my time trapped , not being able to see, fighting the controls, what am I missing??? Is constant deaths just a part of this game?

also this game might force me to have to upgrade!! my frames jump wildly up and down, of course way down when in the thick of things and I need it to say close to 30fps(lots of deaths from low fps)

Also what is triple buffering for?? seems to make my controls feel spongy...

I think the biggest difference from this and most games is needing to be incredibly patient. I spent a fair bit of time just sitting in cover and watching the enemies move around and talk to learn their patterns. I managed to complete the game without killing a single person (that I wasn't forced to), which I found pretty refreshing and interesting. Hacking definitely helped me get out of a lot of awkward situations that I would have otherwise had to fight my way out of.

I guess comming off of Crysis 2 where all the sneaking is done using cloak, than once you have a tatical advantage on you ememy you take them out one by one, than switching over to Mass effect 3 which adds the duck and cover system, that I rarly found useful, but when I did it seemed easier to kill the ememy, I am totally trained to hide until I have the advantage than get in the enemies face, but it really isn't working at all in this game.

I'll give it a try, it's got to be better than the 15 to 30 seconds of gameplay i'm getting now.

I have played it tvice now and there is many cool ways to build the character. Once you learn about all the different ways then it is rather easy to know how to do things. Some of the bosses are a pain to kill, but i think it just make the game better. Gonna try and finnish it without using lethal force

Try it with the same requirements it take to get the best rank in metal gear solid 4 no kills no alerts on the hardest difficulty

Doing that is what I had the most fun doing over the "normal" more shooty approach. It was infuriating at times but that just made it more satisfying when I got through it

Although fighting the bosses with a tranquilizer gun and a tazer was somewhat challenging
