not sure what to disable before i make certain changes in bios to be honest!

I really don't get what you are saying here? The is just the same as OC tuner options wise except it is completely stable where as OC tuner isn't. I really don't get why you haven't already OC'd in the bios
 
sorry for the confusion i am planning to do it in the bios now!but i wasnt sure where to start i was asked to post up the bios.
 
I don't think he knows how to OC from bios and I don't see a voltage control for the CPU. Wonder if a bios update would change anything.
 
ok i have done it from bios yipee just to test if i get that stuttering when i jump in game if i do i may as well jump off a cliff !thanks for your help chaps

Try and find out if updating your bios changes that, and if you find info confirming it seek the latest bios for your motherboard and update it.

ive got access to dram voltage,nb voltages,vtt voltage and gtlref voltage they are all set to auto
