lastly today he sayed something about getting the qpi volts right, and i thougt to myself aha theres the answer(?)ive been looking for, havent touched it yet. 
but thats about as high as it gets as that was taken during a 3DSMax Render with VRAY enabled and all on the CPU and im not particularly worried with the voltage.Up the QPI volts. drop the multi to 20 and up the BCLK to 200.
