I've just rebuilt a rig using the above motherboard. I've gone in and set the CPU PLL Volts to 1.5 volts which is where I would expect it to be and yet in the bios hardware monitor it's showing 3.2+ volts. This is beyond the capability of the maximum range within bios.
What's going on???
Another odd indication is that when I set the motherboard LED to show PLL Volts instead of Core Volts that stays green........properly confused I am.
