I think the only differences are that your " is where our @ is and vice versa. Umm also that where you have a # on the 3 key we have £. We tend to have a smaller return key and have our # next to it.
Ok just looked and there are a couple of other differences too... Like the \ and ¦
The first 104key standard Windows keyboard was made in the US though. The reason we have our keys differently is just because you guys use certain symbols that we dont. For instace your Euro key ect. I just didnt know they made 2 different standards of the M$ keyboard. US, and British.
And almost every country has another keyboard. Belgium has AZERTY, the dutch have other special signs (even though we almost always use the US boards). And the strange germans use QWERTZ.

never really bought a keyboard by a brand just normally buy a cheap 1. I don't think they give you any advantage for what i do like gaming. personal opinion though
