Ok guys, because I'm uber busy and really don't have the proper amount of time to get all of the downloads uploaded I'm leaving it up to all of you!

You might even earn some reps for uploading enough to our database :)

Surf on over to www.ocdownloads.net and click the Upload File link in the upper right hand corner to add your favorite downloads.

All downloads must have a GOOD description of the program w/o html markup as it doesn't post... This is a requirement!

Other than that, upload away!!! I'll come through daily and approve files that meet the qualifications :) If you find that you have a lot of stuff you want to upload that doesn't have a good catagory let me know and I'll add the appropriate catagory.

Are you gonna create user accounts for us or we gonna upload anonymously :)

Edit : Can i suggest we add downloads forums in here with sub categorys of same download categorys , this way when we add a download we can also post in the appropriate sub forum for letting others know download is available and also for download discussions e.g drivers good bad , programs with screenshots etc and on download description on your site we can enter the url for the driver / program discussion back to this forum.

Also as i run a virtual pc on my main pc i can install & test most drivers / programs and post feedback on the forums inc screenshot etc....
 
any chance of a makeover in the sx style?

id be happy to do it if you give me the file and ill work some magic :)
 
Sure! Easiest way for me to update the site with a new theme is to keep the current theme just make new images for up top. Go ahead and create something dave and I'll work on implementing it :)

I personally think you guys would be better off integrating that site into SX like Tec has suggested. - maybe with a different banner at the top, instead of SX downloads.

Dave is currently working on a new skin which will integrate the two site themes.

I'll hook up dave with an account so he can look at the integrated theme options.

Theme integration will eventually happen though :)
 
i had a muck around in photoshop just seeing how it would look with the SX theme - looks loads better, shame i forgot to save it :( opps
 
Thanks to TEC's find we have that nifty little script :) And Dav0s is working on a theme integration to make it match the forums.

When it's all said and done should be a very useful expansion to the SX Network!

One thing script is missing is WYSIWYG Editor for the download description :D

Edit : Lets not forget about the skining , as any html guru can come up with great looking download section and most of all it costs nothing :)
