Top of the evening gents and lassies.:hello: I'm from across the pond and I've just started folding. I got a 75000 point a day machine.:rock: Not sure if that's good or not.
First, welcome to 98860!!
And a 75K PPD machine is a great contribution to the team!!
What equip are you folding on? We may be able to help you get a few more points with some optimizations.....

Hello fellow 98860 members, I have decided to join in. I tried folding once before was on the NCIX team and stopped shortly after starting, now im back to give it another go this time with a better setup. my current setup gives me ~ 20k PPD but seeing as i dont leave my pc on all the time that may vary, but I will have FAH running when ever my pc is on. Also just bought a gtx 760 now just waiting for that to arrive.

If i can get my laptop to actually run it I will have that running 24/7 its not going to be as good but at least it will be active

Well my laptop is out of the question on for 2 days now folding and it only got to 15% so I'm not gonna use that. Was wondering if there was a way to get smaller/lighter projects, I know they will give less ppd but at least I can finish them in the time that my computer is on. Gpu tasks are fine been getting a bunch of 8018 which takes ~ 6 - 8 hours to finish.

Your 780 Ti should give you around 200K PPD if you fold consistently. If I stopped gaming altogether I'd be averaging roughly 200K PPD, but as it currently stands I'm averaging 160 - 180K PPD.

You say that... but just finished my first Fold
with a score of 6828 and a WU of 26 (no idea if that's good or not) but under team it says "Default (includes all those WU returned without valid team number) (0)" Understand I do not EDIT: No worries it's registered now I'm now Team member 630
