OC3D USA Clan Changes & Updated Info

The previous clan structure did not work out so it has been restructured in a way that should increase the overall productivity and strength of the the team.

I will be taking over as the clan leader, mainly as a figure head however. I really don't have the necessary time to take care of all of the match organization, training, and other server maintenance etc.

Our team currently consists of the following players:

-Ai_01

-Ares210

-AKtodaface

-Apex - Match Captain

-FragTek - Clan Leader

-Glocktodahead

-MikeEnIke - Co-Leader

-NickS

-NoL - Training Captain

-Ty07allstar

-WC Annihilus

We will start recruiting more players some time this week. We will hold tryout sessions on our server to judge you on tactics, communication, follow-through, and obedience. All members are and will be required to have a microphone and be able to utilize the TeamSpeak application as it's a necessary part of our success as a team.

Looks great Frag. I think I may be suitable for Co-Leader I've got some oranizational skills. I would leave tactics up to someone else that knows the maps far too well and has had experience with multiple clans. I'de be good at some odd jobs and have a pretty above average general knowledge off Counter Strike.

Either way, good to see that we are revamping everything.
 
I could Either be Training Captain or Co-Leader.. but not Match Captain. what do u guys think be honest because i dont really care if u diss me or not lol
 
Good to see some feedback so quickly. NoL has also expressed some interest in becoming the training captain, and has had some great ideas already.

What we will do is put this all to a vote after we get some people that are interested and see what the consensus thinks.

i guess i could be match captain if NoL went over some good training with us..
 
TeamSpeak server is up, I recommend everyone give it a shot and make sure its working properly! Address is @ bottom of first post.
 
Ye I am strapped for enough time to schedule stuff for the clan so I will count myself out of these postitions. I do feel that NoL would be a great training captain
 
Aye working just fine... I'll probably Idle in there most times.. if you join and scream loud enough you can probably get me :P.

Good to be part of the team. Congrats to AK and NoL for getting position also. Can't wait to start pwning some n00bs with the revamped team :D.
