So Ive been busy faffing away in the office since new year trying to get all of this sorted - would love some feedback from the forumfamily

4K is definitely a welcome upgrade for the channel, Even playing at a lower res it's clearer, On the sound side of things those foam sound deadening panels would be a really nice touch !

I did not see any quality change my end but then I am only a 1080p capable and the quality has always looked good for me.
Love the new look of the set and the colour options with the lighting.
Sound was also good bar a bit echoiness but not that bad, probably sort that with a rug and closed curtains.

As I said on YouTube Guv looks and sounds great to me and I'm looking forward to the new vids "Coming Soon From TTL Towers" :)

All looks good and sound when you were talking about lighting was fine.
I'd go for white lighting but I'm old and boring, could do with a bit of lighting on the planes

Good:

Models. Great that you've kept them, especially the aircraft; sod anyone who tells you otherwise.
Lighting. Very nice touch, especially since you can mess around with colour for each video.
Shelving. Not overfilled and a mix of your models, hardware and other bits make a nice backdrop. Seeing box after box on some channels makes me wonder whether they're doing it out of a warehouse.

My little niggles:

Lighting. I agree with Greenback about the aircraft, give them an LED strip or two but make it quite dim so it just highlights them without being overbearing
Hardware. Not a niggle as such (And I know you've done this before so definitely not a criticsm either) but I would just keep parity between Intel, AMD and Nvidia hardware on display.

That's my feedback that I can conjure guv. It's mostly my personal preferences so take it as you will :D

There is AMD Intel and Nvid on the shelves ;)

The only issue with having the colours in the back is cant really light the sheleves from the front or more direct and if I was to hardwire it all in it would be a nightmare connecting them all up

Dont touch the lighting on the aircraft. I love it. Reminds me how it looked when I worked on them in the hangars at RAF St Athans.

The spot lights above gives a great light. People who are experienced with seeing aircraft parked up in hangars or have regularly seen them in person will relate. :D

I liked the UV Purple/soft purple lighting though.

Maybe the lighting can be dependant on the video purpose? I wouldnt want red/green/purple etc if you are reviewing a product. I would want clear natural light. But for other things a nice colour in the background can bring warmth to your videos.
