OC3D running club?!?! :D

Uhmm, running I thinks its for a ppl doen't fear alone or lonely. Everyone still need their own time and running its just perfect for that. Anyway I still run and ooking forward to my trip to Reading this Sunday. Good luck to me then guys:D

I prefer listening to music if I want to think. Running is boring to me. Football, however, is great fun and 5-a-s for an hour burns like 900 calories!

Anyway, good luck mate, you're right near my neck of the woods :)

I need to start jogging. I'm riding the 7.5 miles each way to work on my uni and it rapes your knees. Jogging should help stop some of the pain by building up different muscles.

I go for what used to be a 25 minute run every Thursday night.

I got it down to 20 min this week though, I'm pleased with that. Might have to start making it longer.

Why don't we all get an iPod and Nike+ - I believe you can compare your results etc on their website?

I can just imagine the comments from passers by after witnessing some guy (me) lying half dead by the side of the road wearing a t-shirt with the words "overclocked" written on it !

Nice idea but no thanks mate !
