i've just started running again, but the chances are i'll keel over in any sort of marathon! Wouldnt mind climbing some sort of mountain, would be a great feat.

/pass for me, I played some football today for the first time in ages. I was worn out bad, need more exercise, never have the time though :(.

Wow, my God. Look like this idea full stop here then:( but sound like you guys think I'm crazy? I didn't mean you have to syop your pc or gaming or benching...just do something nice. Just imagined sitting all day long infront of your pc and just take about half to hr to run I think its good though.

I play football a lot, but running isn't really my thing on it's own

Feel exactly the same. Running alone is so boring, I don't know how people can do it for miles on end. When playing football you don't realise how knackered you are until you stop!

Mind you I have been going for the odd 15 minute jog to help my fitness in 5 a side

i find running a great way to clear my head. I start to think about random things which take my mind of both things that worry me and the actual running.

i've sometimes started to giggle because i suddenly think, why the hell am i thinking about this!
