Is a dual cpu setup even useful outside of some professional software? Games sure can't use even a guad, well most of them anyway. Then again it sure looks powerful and that alone counts for something.
Provided the board doesn't cost too much over £450 its would actually be incredible value for money.
This is the only DP motherboard that can OC so if you take into account the cost of buying a pair of E5520's at about £300 each and OC'ing them as opposed to buying a a cheap £220 Tyan DP and pair of W5590's at well over £1000 each then there is a massive saving.
I'm really excited about this motherboard and have put off building my new gaming rig in anticipation of it. I just hope that EK get a block ready for those nasty hot nf200's and fermi follows closely behind. (I'm pretty sure its also the only DP motherboard to offer sli too.)
It's a overkill... But wouldn't mind having one of those but i know i would never have one at least in the time when it will be kicking any motherboards ass... But still ... its an overkill for just gaming...
