OC 6600K with Gigabyte z170x-ud3

Had 3 years brake with PC and now I'm a bit lost.
I do have some questions, I can not get any good OC out of my 6600K.

BIOS Settings
Multiplier 42
vcore load line calibration HIGH
VCore 1,2V*
FCLK 1Ghz
Corsair Corsair 8GB 2666MHz CL16 Vengeance LPX with XMP Profile

The rest is on Auto or default with this I'm passing the Intel Burn Test multiple times - no problem

Went for 4,3 or 4,4 with no luck, adding some more volts to CPU didn't help (even with 1,3V can not get stable 4,4), setting memory to 2133 didn't help

Is it me, or did i lose the silicone lottery with my 6600k?

*Another thing, HWMonitor shows much higher voltage, have a look at the screen below

With skylake you can put the volts a bit higher than on Haswell and Ivy.

If your cooling is good you should be able to use volts around the 1.35 mark with day to day use.

You can also use the multiplier to overclock, like us a 200base clock and a 23 multiplier for 4.6, all you will need to do then change the memory multiplier to get the correct speeds.

I have set it to 1,2V and it shows over 1,3V in every soft (apart from CPUZ)
In terms of cooler Dark Rock at the moment, during the tests temp didn't go over 60C (with 950rpm fan)

If i can get 4,3 with 1,3V i dont think i will be aiming for 4,6Ghz?
Don't know, i remember being more successful in the past with 4770K

you could just have a dud CPU. But I would try overclocking with BCLK and up to the voltage to 1.35V. These CPUs can go up to around 80 degrees fine, but I wouldn't let it get any higher.

It seems the i5 CPUs this gen do not clock as well as the i7s. I have tried a few 6700Ks and have failed to not get one to at least 4.7.

Your motherboards load line calibration is probably what is forcing the volts to go higher TBH.

With it off/normal i have the same situation :/

/edit

Just done a test with OCCT and it failed 4,2Ghz.
Ehh i could get non K CPU and save some money
