I've set my sight on Switch 810. Watched TTL's review. However i never got a straight answer if i can fit lower rad vertically at the front ?

I've got two 280x60 phobya G-Changers with AP141 fans, but still need allocate spacefor D5+EK X-Rad 140 combo.

Anyone here fitted 280 vertically at the bottom ?

I own a switch 810 and if you replaced all the HDD bays then you could. However, you would not be able to have a 240/280 at the bottom if you did this.

I would be mounting pump/res on the bottom, thats the whole point of this exercise. I want to mount one 280 in the front to free space on the floor, as other rad goes into the roof.

Other options will be considered if offered. I cant really get the scale feeling of the 810 to plan the layout yet... Havent found any 810 builds with pumptop res used...

Yeah that would work. Bear in mind the 140 spacing on a Switch 810 is 15mm.

#Edit1# I dont suppose anyone can take a pic of 810/Elysium and antec900 side by side for scale ? :D

Not quite getting it. Rad is 60mm thick, fans i have are 25mm thick.

He's talking about the spacing between the screw holes of two adjacent fans used to attach the fans/radiators.

Almost all 120mm rads nowadays use 15mm spacing between the screw holes for two adjacent fans.
But in the world of 140mm radiators, there are those radiators that have 20mm distance between screw holes for adjacent fans and those that have 15mm.

It's not about fan/rad thickness.

The space between the fan holes where you screw in the fans. You have 4 holes to screw in a fan. The distance between the fan holes of two 140mm fans is not standardized yet so it can be different.

If you still don't understand someone else should probably explain.

Thanks. Wasn't explaining myself well enough.
