It's just a number they decided to show in the top right corner. It's probably entirely made up anyway. Remember that Nvidia is the same company that sped up Batman Arkham Knight gameplay trailer from 30 to 60 fps despite the fact that the game was locked at 30 fps at launch. This number is meaningless.
However, even if the game runs fine, this trailer means less than nothing to me, regardless of which GPU it was recorded with. I want to see how the game runs without an upscaler.
