Eek once installed from new, the XFX 7600GT stocked @ 580/1500 (*from memory*) allowing a very easy 610-620/1550-1555.
Something went astray driver side, so I put in some newer drivers, check out the newest ones appropriate just to see how they are, something like 94.24??.
Under the squiggy-reg-hack thing, it only views the card`s timings of 6xx/900 max.
I thought "wtef" - as u would - and tried the 900 for the mem and it just won`t have it. It allow 620 for the gpu without a problem. But the max oc it`ll allow memory-wize is 810!.
U reckon this is a driver issue ? (i.e. if I went back to the 91.xx it`d go back to normal)
Or has the card fragged ! (it did go through a problem of an overheat due to a fan stopping, which is now sorted)
Performance-wize during gameplay it`s running without a hitch.
