I'm not to keen on "Yass queen" DLSS5 but false copyright strikes need to be something that carries with it a severe penalty. I hope Nvidia sues La7 so badly they go out of business, It may send a message to people who like to abuse YouTube's broken system.

Why should people be punished when the broken system is at fault? Should Google not be responsible for litigation for failure to protect copyright content from outside sources, whether intentional or unintentional? The way it's written seems like nobody knows exactly what happened so I don't see the need to suggest ruining people's lives. Especially so since Nvidia ain't no saint.

The system needs to be fixed yes but it won't be until it costs Google big money and that won;t be anytime soon, And just because something can be exploited doesn't mean it should. I don't care that it's Nvidia they went after but it's the act that I find repugnant. La7 need to be made an example of and sued to high heaven so anyone else who does false copyright claims thinks twice.

Again based off the article, it's not known if it was the broken system doing it itself or if it was intentional. I don't really see the need to jump the proverbial gun. For all we know Google's automated system is too blame and seeing as we are just hearing about it almost a month after the trailer went up and no major response by either, Google, Nvidia, or La7, I'd think it was just a technical error.
