Not going great for Apple

Apple have lost a fairly large lawsuit against some reporters who have leaked information about future apple plans. Is it possible that this may have an effect on the Creative - Apple legal battle thats coming up ?

Hrmmm... I think Apple should just pay off Creative and settle outside of court. I think that's what Creative has in mind anyhow. What's a few million dollars to Apple??
