removed the 57 from the prommie rig to run it in my HTPC,

got it all up & running, new HD projector etc.. fantastic few hours !

then..

bang..

my little 57 is no more, I guess it didn't like ambient temps after freezing its ass off for almost a year..

tried the online rma thing with AMD but it doesn't recognise the serial number, will call em on monday..

so bye bye little 57, you served me well :zab:

That is extremely weird.. runs at extreme specs for so long but couldnt handle rated specs.. Verdict : suicide.

prob just gonna get an fx60 on monday, will flog the 57 when i get the RMA.

right pain in the **** though, just got the cinema room all set up & this happens, iv'e got 2.5TB of high def goodness to get through
