right, small update to whats going on to my speakers.......
first of all, scan didnt really want to know, the bloke sounded very polite but he said '' yes, we can deal with creative for you, but you'll have to pay someone to get your speakers sent to us.....you'll be better off talking to creative directly''
and i've got the same reply in email '' oh, im sorry to hear about that! here is a phone number for creative XXXXXXXXXXXX, they will sort you out '' (note, not word from word in the eamil)
then i emailed creative about this, telling them whats going on, and so far from creative, they said they'll sort it out for me, but im still waiting for a reply in when they are going to do it.
man.....it really isnt my luck this couple of weeks eh, first my GFX died, then my XP started playing up, things i ordered suddenly become out of stock (no, not ST/TH/WCUK from here), ordered something from Scan and somehow its all messed up when i said i wanted something taken out, bits missing from mail order, pulling my hair out for living room comp build, and now my flipping speakers dies......
anyway.......incase anyone have problem with their creative items, i have their number......
